My career evolved from freelance journalism into marketing copywriting, corporate communications, and — most recently — technical documentation. Along the way, I've produced technical documentation for a Microsoft supply chain team (via a RedCloud Consulting engagement), donor campaigns for environmental nonprofits, marketing collateral for SaaS companies, and policy content for criminal justice organizations.
I built my career in Boston — reporting for local and national outlets before moving into copywriting, nonprofit communications, higher ed marketing, and enterprise documentation consulting. I'm now based in New York and available for remote engagements.
I learn tools quickly, adapt to new workflows without friction, and care about making things people actually respond to. I write constantly — and out of that, I've built a career translating organizational missions into content that earns its place.
